Spiderwood XL11

Spiderwood is a light-colored type of wood that is widely used in hardscapes. Due to its irregular shapes and unique pieces, spiderwood is ideally suited for use in combination with stones.

When Spiderwood is placed in the aquarium, fungi caused by bacteria in the wood can develop. This results in an oily substance or a white slime layer. This will disappear after a few weeks. Our advice is to always let the wood soak thoroughly first and change the water regularly.
