      The SKYLIGHT MID-30 INTENSE and SKYLIGHT MID-30R INTENSE (rack version) lamps are designed in a completely different way from other vivarium/terrarium lighting products.

      Most available vivarium lamps focus on high brightness. In some more advanced lamps, such as the SKYLIGHT PRO, brightness is slightly compromised for a high color rendering index (CRI).

      With the MID-30 and MID-30R INTENSE, both brightness and CRI have been adjusted to achieve one ultimate goal: vivid, intense colors.

      A large portion of the deep red light in the spectrum stimulates the phytochrome pigments of plants to produce colorful protective pigments, while the RGB-based spectrum of the lamp allows the user to see their planted terrarium with deeper, more intense colors.

      Furthermore, lateral glare has been minimized in this product, making viewing your vivarium a true pleasure!

      SPECTRUM OF THE SKYLIGHT Mid 30

        The difference between the Mid 30 or Mid 30-R is the mounting method. The Mid 30 has feet that allow you to place the lamp on top of the paludarium. The R version (Rack) has no feet and can be hung.
