Spiderwood is a light-colored type of wood that is widely used in hardscapes. Due to its whimsical shapes and unique pieces, spiderwood is perfectly suited for use in combination with stones.

When Spiderwood is placed in an aquarium, fungi can develop, caused by the bacteria in the wood.

This results in an oily substance or white slime layer. After a few weeks, this will disappear. Our advice is to always allow the wood to 'soak' thoroughly first and to change the water regularly.

Due to the varying weights, Spiderwood pieces are uniquely priced.
