How much Macro should you dose?

The dosage depends on your lighting, plants, and whether you add CO2 or not. Here's a handy overview:

• Low light/plants, no CO2: 10ml per 100 liters of aquarium water per week

• High light/plants, with CO2: 30ml per 100 liters of aquarium water per week

A dosage of 30ml per 100 liters gives you approximately 20 ppm nitrate and 2 ppm phosphate, exactly what your plants need!
