Spiderwood is a light-colored wood widely used in hardscapes. Due to its irregular shapes and distinctive pieces, spiderwood is ideally suited for use with stones.
When Spiderwood is placed in an aquarium, fungi can develop, caused by bacteria in the wood.
This results in an oily substance or a white slimy layer. After a few weeks, this will disappear. Our advice is to always allow the wood to 'soak in' thoroughly first and to change the water regularly.
Due to varying weights, Spiderwood pieces are priced individually.
