Spiderwood is a light-coloured wood that is widely used in hardscapes. Due to its irregular shapes and unique pieces, spiderwood is perfectly suited for use in combination with stones.

When spiderwood is placed in an aquarium, fungi can appear, caused by the bacteria in the wood.

This results in an oily substance or a white slimy layer. This will disappear after a few weeks. Our advice is to always allow the wood to soak thoroughly first and to change the water regularly.

Due to the varying weights, Spiderwood pieces are uniquely priced.
