Spiderwood L97

Spiderwood is a light-colored type of wood that is widely used in hardscapes. Due to its erratic shapes and unique pieces, spiderwood is extremely suitable for use in combination with stones.

When Spiderwood is placed in an aquarium, fungi can form, caused by bacteria in the wood. This results in an oily substance or a white slimy layer. After a few weeks, this disappears. Our advice is to always first 'soak' the wood thoroughly and regularly change the water.
